Individual Teaching

PRIMARY SCHOOL "PLAVI KRUG" offers individual teaching to all students who need such an approach. Mainly, it refers to active athletes who, due to frequent training, are not able to attend regular classes, but also to students who cannot attend classes in a regular schedule due to their involvement in other extracurricular activities. Our students on individual teaching program are promising tennis, football, basketball players, rowers, as well as talented musicians. An individual plan is made for each student in accordance with the time that the student can dedicate to learning. The curriculum is respected, but the methods are adapted to individualized work and the acquisition of adequate knowledge in all teaching areas provided by the program. In this way, students are enabled to be equally successful in school and in extracurricular activities. 60% of our students are athletes, especially those who practice tennis. We are proud to say that amongst the students of our school, there are several state champions in under-14 years old category.

SPECIAL EMPHASIS

FOREIGN LANGUAGES
Our students attend English language classes from the first to the eighth grade, while in the fifth grade students choose the second foreign language in accordance with their interests. Since its foundation, Primary School "Plavi Krug" has placed emphasis on multilingual education and offers a range of foreign languages that includes German, Spanish, French, Russian and Italian. If a student is interested in a language that is not included in the offered range, we offer the possibility of organizing classes of the desired foreign language with a specially selected teaching staff.
COMPUTER LITERACY
Students have access to the latest technologies in their daily work. Computer literacy is one of the priorities of our school because we believe that the development of computer skills is a prerequisite for the prosperity of the child in the modern world. The online teaching is available through a verified teaching platform and our teachers, as well as our students are trained for its use and accessing as needed.
Sport
Students of our school, in addition to regular activities and physical education classes that are part of the curriculum, every Friday have the opportunity to participate in extracurricular sports activities. A "sports day" is organized for students when they spend the whole day engaged with various sports activities outside of school, such as cycling, rollerblading, water skiing, bowling, walking in the nearby forest or lake. Our students also participate in numerous city level tournaments and competitions in football and basketball. Within the cooperation with the elementary school "Milos Crnjanski", numerous tournaments are organized in which students from all parts of the Educational System "Crnjanski" compete. Within the school's humanitarian initiatives, table tennis competitions as well as chess tournaments are organized. At the end of each calendar year, our school traditionally organizes the game "STUDENTS AGAINST TEACHERS", which both teams play with pleasure.
